MIRA Safety TAPR Tactical Air-Purifying Respirator

The TAPR is a silicone half-face respirator designed for tactical, security and rescue applications. Its low-profile design uses an adjustable harness and compatible 40 mm filter cartridges.

Understand the protection limits

A half-face mask does not provide full-face protection. MIRA Safety states that the TAPR does not provide sufficient protection for CBRN threats and is not intended for prolonged exposure to unknown environments, blister agents or toxic industrial chemicals. Select respiratory and eye protection for the identified hazard.

Size and fit

The TAPR uses one adjustable facepiece size. Fit must be assessed on the individual wearer. Follow the manufacturer's donning and seal-check instructions, and check fit with any helmet or eye protection you intend to use.
