Outstanding customer service. Prior purchase I was skeptical about these plates not being NIJ certified however when I voiced my concerns through Fair D customer service I received a prompt response which answered all my questions in regards to this product. The plates arrived in excellent condition in about two weeks after my order. The plates fit perfectly in in my work carrier (law enforcement) and in my London Bridge carrier. I would give 5 stars however I have two issues. A video posted on your site showing the ballistic testing would be beneficial for the consumer and also I paid full price for the two plates at the time you had the bundle deal for $720. Other than that I will definitely purchase gear from Fair D in the future and have past on your website to my fellow team mates in my district
