Fair D Canada supports international military, defence, government and public-safety buyers with equipment sourcing and formal quotations from Canada. Our team reviews the product requirement, destination, documentation and delivery constraints before confirming a supply proposal.
We work with established equipment brands and Canadian product programs to help qualified organizations build a practical equipment list. Requests may involve individual products, complete equipment configurations, repeat supply or delivery to several locations.
Equipment for international procurement projects
- Ballistic protection, plate carriers, pouches and load-carriage equipment.
- Tatou Armor and Canadian-developed protective and tactical equipment.
- CBRN and respiratory equipment, tactical medical supplies and search-and-rescue equipment.
- Deployable shelters, camp systems, field heating and power, and protective cases.
- Communications equipment, lighting, apparel and other professional field accessories.
Who can submit a requirement?
Government departments, military units, public-safety agencies, emergency services, institutional buyers and defence contractors can submit an RFQ for review. Our team checks the requesting organization, proposed end use and product eligibility as needed. We provide support in English and French.
Prepare an international RFQ
- Identify the buyer and destination. Include the organization, purchasing contact, destination country, end user and delivery location.
- List the equipment. Provide brand, model, SKU, quantities, colours, sizes and any mandatory technical requirements. State whether alternatives are acceptable.
- Explain the procurement conditions. Include the tender reference, closing date, required delivery window and the documentation your organization needs.
- Review the quotation. Product availability, pricing, freight, estimated lead times and applicable terms are confirmed in the proposal. Shipping arrangements and delivery conditions are agreed for each order.
Documentation and delivery planning
Depending on the product and supplier, we can review requirements for technical data sheets, manufacturer references, country of origin, HS codes and available protection or testing documentation. For projects with several destinations, identify the quantity, consignee and required date for each location.
Products are not automatically available for every destination. Supply is confirmed only after the relevant product, destination, end-use and import or export requirements have been reviewed. Submit the requirement so the team can assess the available route.
