Hot-swappable heater mount
With the 4D heater core at the centre of each system, it can be swapped between vehicle mounts and field deployments in under 90 seconds. This modularity also allows heaters to be repurposed as vehicles rotate, redeploy or go down for maintenance.
Cab-safe vehicle heating
Designed specifically for ultra-light tactical vehicles such as Polaris DAGOR, MRZR and GM Defense ISV. The system delivers cab-safe, ducted warm air without relying on engine waste heat.
Rugged, continuous operation
Engineered for high-vibration, dust-laden environments, the ULTV configuration uses reinforced mounts, sealed connections and protected routing for reliable off-road operation where standard commercial heaters would quickly fail.
In-cab dashboard controls
A compact control module lets drivers adjust heat output and monitor system status from inside the vehicle, reducing the need to exit the cab in bad weather.
