- Open the pouch at the first tear notch and remove the oxygen absorber.
- Add 320 ml of boiling water directly into the pouch.
- Stir thoroughly to distribute the water throughout the meal.
- Remove excess air, reseal the pouch and turn it upside down.
- Allow the meal to rehydrate for approximately 12 minutes.
- Open at the second tear notch, stir again and enjoy directly from the pouch.
