The Lysander MED Waist Bag is a low-profile medical waist pack designed to carry essential lifesaving gear without compromising mobility. Its ergonomic shape allows it to be worn directly under a plate carrier – making it an ideal solution for tight spaces, vehicle operations, or CQB environments.

Modular interior, instant access

The main compartment features a dual-zip opening and is lined with soft Velcro for attaching included customizable inserts with elastic loops and pockets – allowing you to configure the loadout to your medical setup. A front zippered pocket holds protective gloves, while a rear flat compartment with hook-and-loop closure is ideal for pressure dressings or large hemostatic packs.

Features tailored for medics

The closure flap includes two pockets – one for trauma shears and one for a TCCC card. Laser-cut MOLLE/PALS panels on the sides offer attachment points for additional gear like tourniquet holders or various medical pouches. The bottom panel also features MOLLE slots and shockcord for mounting a Combat Stretcher or other bulkier items.
