Warrior Assault Systems T1 TEGRIS Belt

The T1 Tegris belt combo, is a lightweight and low-profile belt system designed for comfort and stability. We have combined the precision cutting and styling of laser design with the durability of Tegris, to create a system that will be a market leader.

The T1 Tegris belt combo is comprised of a 2-part system; Component 1 is a choice of 2 inner belt heights; 38mm and 48mm, depending on the operator’s preference. The inner belt integrates a solid core made from Tegris composite, with Velcro Loop sewn along the length of the outside. The inner belt is threaded through the operators trouser loops and and secured at the front.

Component 2 is the main load bearing outer belt which comprises a single layer of laser-cut thermoplastic Tegris composite framework. Additionally, 1-inch tubular webbing is sewn along the entire length of the belt, adding integral strength. Continuous webbing connects both ends of the Cobra D Ring Buckle to the outer belt, used for size adjustment.

Encompassing the Tegris composites and tubular webbing, an outer layer of laser-cut laminate with a series of wide segments, allow the attachment of a diverse variety of mission specific pouches. The outer belt is lined with hook Velcro which facilities the quick attachment to the inner belt. The main belt fastens via the insertion of a Tegris composite into a channel behind the buckle, this Rigid Stability System maintains a zero sag / movement towards the front of the Cobra buckle enabling a stable placement of covert holsters and med kit. The combination of both belts results in a cutting-edge system that is strong, flexible and versatile.

The T1 Tegris combo belt is fully adjustable and comes in 2 sizes, Medium 32"-36 and Large 36-40"
