Direct Action Mortar Backpack
A purpose-built military backpack designed to carry and organize up to ten compatible 60 mm mortar rounds. Its reinforced Cordura® 500D construction, full-opening main compartment, internal MOLLE/PALS retention system and load-supporting harness provide a dedicated transportation platform for authorized military users.

Mission-Specific Load Carriage
The Mortar Backpack is not a conventional assault pack. Its structure, access system and internal retention layout are specifically designed around the controlled transportation of compatible 60 mm mortar ammunition.
Full-Opening Access
A long main zipper allows the backpack to open flat, providing clear access to the complete internal load without unpacking multiple layers.
Reinforced Structure
The stiffened construction helps the backpack maintain its shape, even when empty, simplifying packing, organization and equipment management.
Heavy-Load Support
Wide padded shoulder straps, an adjustable sternum strap and an adjustable hip belt help distribute demanding operational loads.
Designed Around the Mortar Team
Carrying specialized ammunition requires more than basic storage. Individual rounds must remain organized, retained and accessible while the pack withstands repeated field movement and demanding handling.
The Direct Action Mortar Backpack combines a rigidized body with a modular internal retention system. The inside of both the back panel and main flap is lined with MOLLE/PALS-compatible webbing, allowing the included holders to be arranged around the operational load.
Three external compression straps reinforce the structure and help stabilize the contents. A protective collar positioned at the bottom of the main opening shields the zipper area from mechanical damage and direct contact with the ground.
