TATOU ARMOR – Custom IIIA / HG2 Soft Armor Panel
Enter your total rectangular surface: height × width. Angles will be taken into account during the custom cutting process. Any surface paid above the final angled shape compensates for the custom cutting, handling, and made-to-order production.
How to Order Your Custom Panel
1. Enter Total Height × Width
Enter the full outside dimensions of your panel in inches. The price is calculated using the total rectangular surface: height × width.
2. Complete Payment
Complete checkout based on the total surface entered. Angled cuts do not reduce the paid surface. This compensates for custom cutting, handling, and made-to-order production.
3. Receive Order Confirmation
After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email from Fair D Canada. This email will be used to validate your final custom drawing.
4. Reply With Your Final Sketch
Reply to the order confirmation email with your final drawing. All dimensions must be provided in millimetres, including all angles.
Important – Customer Responsibility
The customer is 100% responsible for the accuracy of the submitted drawing, measurements, angles, orientation, and final dimensions.
The panel will be manufactured exactly according to the sketch supplied by the customer. Once production begins, custom panels are final sale, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. lead time 8 to 14 business days
Custom-Cut IIIA / HG2 Soft Armor Panel
This product is designed for customers who require a custom soft armor panel for a carrier, backpack, equipment pocket, protective case, or specialty integration.
The panel is manufactured from IIIA / HG2 soft armor material and cut according to the final technical sketch supplied after purchase.
Pricing Method – Total Surface
Pricing is based on the full rectangular surface entered at checkout:
Height × Width = Total Surface
The price is calculated automatically according to the total surface entered in the custom dimension module.
If your final design includes angled cuts, those angles will be applied during production. The customer still pays for the full rectangular surface, as the extra material allowance helps cover custom cutting, setup, handling, and production time.
Drawing Requirements
Your drawing must be clear, complete, and ready for production. Please include:
- Total height and total width
- All dimensions in millimetres
- Exact angle measurements where required
- Top and bottom clearly identified
- Left and right side clearly identified
- Quantity required
- Reference photo or pocket dimensions, if available
Straight Lines and Angles Only
This custom service is intended for panels made with straight lines and defined angles. Curves, complex radius shapes, or freehand shapes are not accepted unless approved in writing before production.
