Due to these measures, delivery times could take a little longer than our regular service.

Delivery times

Your order will be processed within 2 to 3 business days following the transaction and delivered in 2 to 12 business days, depending on your address and chosen delivery service.

Regular (Canada Post): 2 to 12 business days

Check your chosen shipping method’s estimated delivery time at checkout. Processing time is incorporated. Weekends & Holidays are excluded.


In Canada, we guarantee delivery time estimations. We reimburse shipping fees for all orders that arrive after their predicted date. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances like storms, credit card verification or postal strikes are not counted against allocated delivery times. Note your shipment may arrive before the estimated date.


For deliveries to the United States and other countries, Fair D Canada does not guarantee estimated delivery dates. Couriers’ sub-contract shipments & customs’ variables are unknown.

Surcharges may apply due to dimensions, weight, or remoteness of delivery.

Shipping To The United States

Recipients of U.S. orders are responsible for all fees (taxes, duties, customs charges). We reserve the right to refuse orders to the United States.


Shipping fees apply to orders under $99 (before taxes & shipping). Surcharges apply to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico.


Shipping Oversized Goods

Shipping surcharges may be applied due to dimensions, weight, or remoteness of delivery.


International Shipping Restrictions

Note that due to supplier agreements, certain products cannot be shipped outside Canada.

If you place an order with multiple products, one or more of which cannot be shipped to your destination, we will remove those products and ship the rest.

Note we ship most orders in 24 hours. If the order you wish to cancel has shipped, we cannot cancel it.
